What we collect

We only hold what you give us when you get in touch: your name, the phone number you message or call from, your address or postcode, and any photographs or details you send about the work. There are no forms, no accounts and no newsletters on this website.

Why we hold it

To quote for work, arrange a visit, carry out the job and honour the guarantee afterwards. Where we've completed work for you, we keep a basic record of what was fitted so we can help quickly if you call again.

We also need to keep invoices and payment records for the period required by UK tax law.

Who sees it

Only the engineers working on your job. We do not sell, rent or share your details for marketing, and we do not pass them to third parties except where we're legally required to.

Messages sent by WhatsApp are carried by WhatsApp under their own terms, and phone calls by our network provider. We hold the content of those conversations on our own devices.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted once they're clearly no longer live. Job records and invoices are kept for as long as we're required to hold them for tax and guarantee purposes, then deleted.

Cookies and visitor statistics

We use Clicky, a lightweight visitor-statistics tool, to see how many people reach the site and which pages they read. It may set a cookie on your device to tell a returning visit from a new one. We don't run advertising cookies, we don't build profiles of you, and we don't sell or share this data with advertising networks.

Everything else set by this site is strictly necessary for the pages to load correctly. If you'd rather not be counted at all, you can block cookies for this site in your browser settings or use your browser's private mode — the site works exactly the same either way.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it. Message or call us on the numbers below and we'll deal with it.
