Design first, cable once
We work from your architect's drawings, marking screen and speaker positions, keypad locations, camera and intercom points, access point positions and the rack location. You get a cable schedule the electrician can follow and a rack layout the builder can allow space for.
On site we attend at first fix, run and label everything, then leave clear photographs of cable positions before plastering. That record is what makes second fix quick and lets you add to the system in five years without opening walls.
We are used to working around a main contractor's programme, and to speaking plainly with electricians, interior designers and lighting designers so the technology fits the design rather than fighting it.

How early should you be involved?
As soon as layouts are settled and before first fix. Even a single design meeting at that point changes what is possible later.
Do you work with our electrician?
Regularly. We can issue the schedule for them to run, or run our own cables alongside them.
Can you work to a contractor's programme?
Yes. We plan our visits around first fix, plaster and decoration dates.
What if we cannot afford the full system now?
Cable for everything, install some. Cabling is the cheap part while walls are open; devices can follow later.
Do you cover flats and mansion blocks?
Yes, including work that has to respect freeholder and conservation restrictions.
