Which job do you get called out for most?

Aerial repairs. Most North London homes already have an aerial; the picture breaks up because a joint has let water in, a cable has perished or the aerial has been twisted off alignment by wind. We test the signal first, then repair what is there rather than selling a new installation.

Do you charge to diagnose a reception fault?

We agree a fixed price before any work starts, and that includes the testing. You will never get an open-ended hourly bill or a surprise charge added afterwards.

Can you work on a flat, a house or a whole block?

All three. We fit single aerials and dishes, add extra TV points inside houses, and design and maintain communal systems for blocks of flats and managed buildings across North and North West London.

How quickly can someone come out?
