We add smart controls to the heating you already have. Radiator circuits get zone valves or smart radiator heads, underfloor loops get their own room stats, and each area gets a schedule that matches how it is used — bedrooms warm in the morning, home office during the day, guest floor off until needed.
Where you have air conditioning or comfort cooling, we can bring that under the same control so heating and cooling never fight each other in the same room.
Everything is set up to be readable. Clear room names, sensible default schedules, holiday and frost settings, and a hallway panel or app that shows what is happening rather than a maze of menus.

Do we need a new boiler?
No. In most homes we improve the controls around the existing boiler and heating circuits.
Do smart radiator heads actually help?
In the right house, yes — they are the least invasive way to zone rooms individually where there is no space for valve work.
Can you control underfloor heating and radiators together?
Yes, and it is worth doing. Mixed systems behave much better once each has its own zone and stat.
Can we control it while away?
Yes, from the app — useful for arriving back to a warm house or turning everything down remotely.
Do you do the plumbing?
We handle controls, wiring and commissioning and work alongside your heating engineer for any pipework or valve changes.
