Houses around the Village and West Hill are big enough that a single-app approach falls apart quickly. Six floors of separate apps for lights, blinds, heating and music becomes nobody's favourite job, so we bring everything onto one control layer with wall keypads that work whether or not the broadband is up.

Highgate's conservation designations and generous gardens change the outdoor side of the design. Garden lighting circuits, gate and driveway cameras, and outdoor music zones need proper cabling and armoured routes; we plan those with the landscaper before anything is planted rather than trenching afterwards.

Many local houses have already had one or two partial systems fitted by different trades. We are happy to take over, keep what still performs, and replace only the parts that are failing or unsupported — the survey report says plainly which is which.
